  • Clearance or promotional gifts (including free gifts)

3. Customized Products

All custom series products (including personalized energy combinations or made-to-order designs) are final sale.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
